Sripur Janakalyan Seva Samity is a non-profit organization committed to transparency and ethical use of funds.

1. Donations Are Non-Refundable

All donations, contributions, memberships, sponsorships, and fees made to Sripur Janakalyan Seva Samity are voluntary and non-refundable. Once a donation is processed, it cannot be cancelled, returned, or refunded under any circumstances.

2. Use of Donations

Donations are used strictly for charitable, social, welfare, and development activities in line with the objectives of the organization. Funds may be allocated to ongoing or future programs as deemed appropriate by the management.

3. Errors in Donation

If a donation is made due to a technical error (such as duplicate transactions), the donor may contact us within 7 days of the transaction date with valid proof. Such cases will be reviewed, and any decision will be at the sole discretion of the organization.

4. Tax Exemptions

Donations made to Sripur Janakalyan Seva Samity may be eligible for tax benefits under applicable Indian laws. Refund requests will not be entertained once a donation receipt has been issued.
